This page will break down the different legal foundations including the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA).
This may sound like a different language right now, but if you use the drop down tab beside "Legal Foundations" at the top of the page, you can click on each sub category where I will break down that specific legality. After you've learned about each foundation, there will be a chart that combines all the information into one easy to read chart (you can find this under Compare and Contrast).
