Professional Goals

Goal 1: By January 2023, my goal is to establish a teacher-led professional development committee to identify areas for growth and provide tailored training opportunities for educators.

Goal 2: By the beginning of April, my goal is that the district will implement a pilot round of instructional rounds in our school to observe a minimum of two colleagues teach to improve teaching practices and student learning outcomes.

Goal 3: By the spring of 2024, my goal is to establish a comprehensive design thinking model (in written and action form) for grant management that aligns with the organization's needs and requirements, supporting my current role in managing grants effectively and innovatively.

Goal 4: By the fall of 2027, my goal is to work towards higher-ed adjunct or facility positions in the school of education at a local college or university.

Goal 5: By the summer of 2027, my goal is to complete the doctoral program in Educational Leadership.
