This electronic portfolio serves as a dual-purpose culmination of my professional journey, fulfilling the requirements for Minnesota Community Education Director licensure while also synthesizing key elements of my doctoral work in educational leadership. It includes a personal and professional mission statement, short- and long-term career goals, and a record of credentials and field-based experiences that illustrate my development as a leader in both K–12 and community-based educational contexts. Central to the portfolio is my doctoral exploration of formative feedback systems in rural schools, which is reflected in my Problems of Practice (PoP) work, research alignment, and related field artifacts. Aligned to Minnesota administrative competencies, the portfolio also includes self-assessments, practicum reflections, and curated evidence of leadership in program development, community engagement, and equity-driven practice. Additional materials, such as my Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) certification, underscore my commitment to ethical, research-informed leadership. Taken together, this portfolio documents a reflective, practitioner-scholar approach to community education and systems-level change.
