5 acres of sustainably managed crop land. This land is managed by students and the Nutrien Ag Solutions Team. Students are learning how to utilize cover crops to ensure soil health.
Similar to the main campus, this 5 acre property is also maintained and managed by students and the Nutrien Ag Solutions Team.
Students in the Agriculture & Natural Resources class learn to manage a maple woodlot for syrup production. Students also learn to run chainsaws and fell trees into usable resources like firewood. All wood processed for firewood is used for powering the FFA Alumni evaporator for maple syrup production.
