How to Enroll at CSD - After Deadline Registration Form

After Deadline Forms are only available for pick up at the Front Desk of both the K-7 & HS-8 locations.

*After Deadline Registrations will NOT be run through the lottery as the deadline has passed to submit forms to be entered. Instead, your child's name will be added to the bottom of the waitlist for their respective grade levels, in order of when we receive the completed form.

* Completed forms must be MAILED or DROPPED OFF in person at our Lower School or Upper School campus.

As a reminder (see FAQ section for details if needed), you must be a CURRENT NORTH CAROLINA RESIDENT TO SUBMIT THIS FORM.

If you are moving here in the future, you must wait until you have moved and are a resident of the state of North Carolina to submit.
