5th graders investigated sunflowers. They dissected, looked with hand lenses, created posters, and shared. They bagged the sunflower seeds and gave them away to garden visitors.
Created a book club called "It's LIT!" It will feature small book groups during push-in time and will incorporate technology into reading (LIT = Literature Integrated with Technology). Might apply to DonorsChoose for Kindles.
