Students who missed the graduation meeting can pick up a packet and blue diploma card in the main office.  All students participating in the graduation ceremony must have a navy blue cap and gown. Orders can be placed online NOW at migrads.com and clicking Crestwood High School from the drop down menu at the top of the page. Order before December 1st to receive the best price on your cap and gown!  Cap and Gowns will be delivered to the school and distributed to the students at the Graduation Rehearsal on Thursday, May 21st.

• The first and last name on the diploma must match what is listed in MiStar.

• Students may choose to keep, omit, or abbreviate their middle name.

All seniors must complete their diploma card and give it to Mrs. Magee in the guidance office before Thanksgiving.

Attention Seniors!  Senior portraits are posted in the counseling office.  Please check and make sure your photo and name are correct before we print them in the yearbook.  You have until Friday, February 20th to submit a form for corrections.  Correction forms can be found in the counseling office.
