We LOVE multi-sport athletes! Of course we'd like for you to be involved in another sport during the Fall or Winter season, but some of you are dedicated solely to running (distance) and track & field. There are a variety of options you can choose from training to competing in club track over the summer. We do not endorse any facility or track club, but here is a list you can explore yourself. Any questions, please contact Coach Farthing at mfarthing@csd99.org
Speed, Jump, and Strength Training
Unlike most facilities who are staffed by young coaches who rely on their recent playing career and “cool” factor, Slow Guy Speed School is staffed by Chris Korfist, a “sprint guru” with an international following.
With over 55 all-state sprinters and countless other high school all-state athletes, and over 20 years experience, he knows what is appropriate for the athlete in the room and not so concerned about what the pros are doing or someone else journey to where they got.
In fact, the methods have been so effective, Chris has consulted NFL teams, Big 10 Universities, Olympic team and U.S. Special Forces.
Get Fast offers a variety of session packages focusing on vertical jump, speed, multi plane agility and an overall stronger athlete.

Core 1 Inc. provides individualized athlete training with a 1:5 coach to athlete ratio. Athletes' metrics are tracked and monitored to allow their trainers to progress each athlete based on their current status. Core 1 offers a variety of session packages.
MFC Performance offers a variety of packages for small group and open group training sessions focused on strength, power, speed, endurance, mobility, and agility.
