We want to have heats between teams so that they are as competitive as possible and so that ALL teams can run their fastest times against similar competition. We are just asking that all coaches be realistic rather than wishful in determining your seed times.

ENTRY DEADLINE: Sunday, March 3rd at 12:00 Noon. Please make entries on Athletic.net by the deadline. Entries not received by this time will be forfeited. You must also complete a Google Form listing of ALL your coaches that you want on the pass list (both first and last names). The form can be found here: Coaches Pass List.
