Our action plan is to provide an increase in mental health support inside the community by creating more accessible, affordable, and educational mental health services for people of all ages. First, we will clearly define the problem by collecting data about rising mental health concerns, including stress, anxiety, and depression, especially among teens and young adults. We will use research from trusted organizations such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the National Institute of Mental Health to show why increased funding and support are necessary. Next, we will build a strong community partnership that focuses on suicide prevention and early support. We will work with local schools, counselors, community centers, and healthcare providers to create safe spaces where people can talk openly about their feelings without fear of judgment. By partnering with trusted organizations like the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the National Institute of Mental Health, we can share accurate information about warning signs, risk factors, and how to get help.
