The action plan is one important step to solve our problem. In our action plan we will identify supporters and opponents, we will outline and explain our action plan, identify how we can get opponents to support the movement, and include how we are going to fund our policy.

Violence will always be a problem and will increase over time. So the problem will never be "fixed". There will always be hotlines that will help with all types of violence, For example domestic. There are specific hotlines for specific situations, like child abuse help, and house hold safety. With all of these options it is going to be difficult to identify which will actually help.
