Call for Applications

The Research and Publications Office of Colegio San Agustin–Biñan invites all academic and non-academic personnel to apply for the Gregor Mendel Annual Research Grant for Academic Year 2026–2027. The grant aims to encourage research productivity and support personnel in developing meaningful research projects that contribute to the institution’s academic and organizational goals.

Grant Information

For the 2026–2027 grant cycle, the institution will provide:

• Six research grant slots

• Up to ₱35,000 per approved research project

• A total funding allocation of ₱210,000

The grant funds will be released in three tranches to support the proper implementation and monitoring of each approved project.

Release of Grant Funds

Upon signing of the Research Grant Agreement

₱10,000
Upon satisfactory completion of the mid-progress monitoring and submission of the required progress report

₱10,000
Upon completion of the research project and submission of the required final outputs

Application Period

August 25 - September 11, 2026

Interested personnel are encouraged to submit their application within the indicated period. The Research and Publications Office will oversee the application, screening, monitoring, and completion of the approved research projects.
