Background: I've spent my entire life in the Seattle area. CSE 142 was the first time I programmed!

Conversation Starter: Ask me about my pandemic hobbies. (I've gotten distressingly good at classic Minesweeper)

Background: I am originally from Egypt but I have lived most of my life in the Seattle area. I am a junior at UW but this is my first time TAing so I am super excited to get to meet everyone!

Conversation Starter: I am a huge Liverpool fan! This quarter I am trying to learn graphics and Solidity development so I would love to chat with anyone about my learnings.

Background: I am from China. I came to the States in 2013, been here for 8 years now. I am a 5th-year master's student, and I am graduating soon. I have interned at Kernel Lab (startup), Zillow, and LinkedIn. I worked on both frontend and backend (sadly not infra). Ask me anything!

Conversation Starter: I like cooking. If you have any quick and healthy recipes, please let me know :)

Background: I grew up in the Seattle area and came to UW to study aeronautical engineering before switching to CS! This is my third time TAing 344

Conversation Starter: I love to cook and share recipes or different techniques! I am always up to date on pop culture if you ever want to chat about that, too!

Background: I grew up in China and came to Seattle for college. This is my 5th quarter TAing but the first time teaching this course.

Conversation Starter: Share with me about the food (or boba) places you like near campus! I really need to get something new on my list for this in-person quarter :)

Background: I was born and raised in Taiwan and I came to UW for college. This is my first time TAing so I hope we can learn from each other!

Conversation Starter: I am huge foodie so please share with me if you know any good food places in Seattle or in nearby cities (Portland, Vancouver)!

Background: I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. This is my sixth time TAing but my first time in person which is exciting!

Conversation Starter: I'm into a lot of outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, and rock climbing. I also read and listen to a lot of podcasts. Feel free to come chat in office hours about anything!

Background: I have lived in the Seattle area my whole life, and I was originally a premed bioengineering major. I have TAed a different course each quarter (143, 142, 332) and I am excited to TA this course in person (which is a first for me as well).

Conversation Starter: I am into healthy (but cheapish) eating, exploring areas of Seattle (without a car), non gym related high intensity workouts (I got to burn the corona calories), and non code related books/movies/tv shows to see. If you have any suggestions, or just want to chat, hit me up in my office hours.

Background: I am from Singapore and served two years in the Singapore Army! I came to UW having never step foot in Washington!

Conversation Starter: I am a massive sports fan, watching anything from soccer to basketball to football. In particular, I am a huge Chelsea Football Club supporter!
