Current Ministry Assignment
The ministry we are involved in over the years with Campus Chrisade for Christ (Cru) and now.
We joined Campus Crusade in 2000 and were serving with the Bulgarian Ministry - Campus Ministry, Jesus Film, FamilyLife, Staff Training, and Operations.
In 2013 -God call us in a very clear and unique way to move to Russia and to serve with the Russian Leadership Team, leading the Russian Operation team. We served in Russia for the next 5 years, before transferring our responsibilities to one of the Russian full-time staff.
In 2018 we were challenged to join the Campus Crusade Area team for Central and Eastern Europe and Russia and we moved to Budapest, Hungary where the area headquarters were located.
We joined one of the new area teams (Area Partner Development Team) - that support and provide leadership over all 19 of the National ministries on how to strategically embrace responsibility and build a self-sustainable ministry. (Note: upto that time many of the local teams were able to get centrally provided funds that help them to work reaching out to their nations)
In 2019, Toncho become the team leader for the APD Team and as well joined the Area Leadership Team for CEE and Russia.
In 2021, the Cru Global Ministry has a big reorganization with the primary intention to become more effective in reaching the field. With the ReOrg, Toncho joins the Global Partner Development Team for Cru in the capacity to help National Ministries around the Globe to develop and create effective systems and procedures for involving partners and building self-sustainability.
