CPR completion sessions will be held each Friday for the remainder of the month of May. More details to come.

SENIOR DEVICE TURN-IN

May 2024

Seniors/graduates are to turn in all devices Chromebooks/Chargers/Hotspots.

Please note that per the device acknowledgment agreement families are responsible for any damages and cost of replacement of items that are not returned. 

Turn-in date exceptions - Students that are completing school work towards graduation, college applications, summer school, Kirkwood 5th year, items that require continued use of their Chromebook that should be turned into the main office upon completion.

Graduating Senior Devices should be turned in before May 25th to one of the following teachers:

Social Studies

• Scherrman (Gov)

• Sprouse (Gov)

• Decker (Econ)

Language Arts

• Sloma/Diamond/Leytem (World Humanities)

• Sloma (AP Literature)

• Harger/Hargis (Perspectives in Lit)

• Harger (Kirkwood Composition)

• Sheik (African American Humanities)

Turn-in can also be done in the Main Office and IMC, with preference being in the classrooms listed above.

CAP & GOWN ORDER

Order the graduation cap and gown online at HERFF JONES. The "Basic Bundle" of the commencement gown, mortarboard cap, and tassel is $35. Graduation announcements and other products can also be ordered at this website.

This year, we've changed our method of collecting senior photos. We've also extended our deadline to accommodate more students who are getting photos taken later in the year. Here's the updated info you need to know for submitting your senior photos:

• Deadline for senior photo submission:  March 2023

Photo Guidelines

• Photos must be vertical headshots with no hands, hats, props, or other people in the frame.

• Please upload images with a . tif, . jpg, .jpeg, .png, or .heic extension

• Don't use images pulled from the web or screenshots from a phone or other device

• Upload the largest photo possible (25MB max)
