The Jumpstart program is for graduating students that are planning to attend the SRJC the following semester after high school!
The Jumpstart Program is more-so a list of steps that when taken give you a higher priority to register for classes. All classes are first come, first served, so in theory this program allows your to resigner for classes earlier, while also setting you up with all of the basic steps of applying to the SRJC.
SRJC Jumpstart workshops are hosted in the CCC continuously. If you need support please check the calendar to see the next available workshop! If you cannot attend, would like to do the steps on your own, or just need a refresher, please see below!
This does not necessarily need to be your first step but will need to be completed overall: your Financial Aid Application (FAFSA or CADAA)

Register for an Education Plan Workshop!
The education plan workshop is a workshop hosted by an SRJC counselor which is meant to help student understand how to select classes at the SRJC for their goals. You create an education plan (essentially a schedule) for the upcoming semester so that by the time that class registration is open, you know what classes to register for!
There will be a selection of workshops offered physically at the RCHS campus for RCHS students ONLY in the CCC
Ms.Zamudio will send out the registration link as soon as dates are confirmed!
Registration for these workshops is limited and first come, first served (you must be present for the entirety of the workshop)
If you miss the workshops at RCHS/were unable to get a spot, you will need to register for an in person one at either the Petaluma or Santa Rosa campus of the SRJC
Use this link for the Petaluma and Santa Rosa Workshops!
Class Registration! (classes are all first come, first served)
