For project management, Profectly uses Trello and their Kanban board system, which is a process of moving work through various stages until complete. It significantly helps with managing time effectively, keeping everyone on track, and preparing for their next steps in planning and developing.

What we've learned:

As of yet, the team has run into little trouble regarding time management, however, they found that if members forget to update the Kanban board, then oftentimes they find themselves disorganized and not on the same page. With this, a few due dates were delayed or missed, such as when they were deciding on their problem and logo. Though they haven't run into any significant problems, the lesson still stands that team members should follow their schedule in a realistic and timely manner. Further, we also began to use the tags feature more often as time went on because it helped organize tasks for the team and, therefore, increased productivity and efficiency.
