For our future in the fight against procrastination and to further Profectly, we believe that future iterations of Profectly can be created using the same methods used for our previous prototypes. However, a key aspect in the future would be that of combination with both the front-end and back-end prototypes.
Communitive work shared by the entire group with specific deadlines in which every individual member can work at their own pace. But to ensure our team keeps a steady work pace, strict deadlines must be put in place for nearly every prototype and for every section of the prototype that we wish to improve upon.
Now that we will lose our engineering notebooks, we plan to continue documentation on google doc, titling each doc with the date and what was worked on, so we can find any day and any idea with ease.
We believe the market for Profectly is every single person who deals with procrastination, at least 80-95 percent of students worldwide. This means that as long as we advertise to this audience, users will come.
Our process for continuing Profectly is a continuous circle. We start by listening to reviewers advice and review the data from our google surveys, then we brainstorm ways to include new ideas presented to us by our data. Continuing on, we apply as many ideas as possible to Profectly that we can without changing Profectly to be overstimulating for audiences, then we add personal questions on what can be improved upon in our app to google surveys, and re-publish said surveys.
We believe Profectly can be improved and perfected with more time to create additional features and transfer our app into raw coding software such as Python. These additional features include a social networking friends system and rewards from the rewards menu that can be sent to said friends, as well as features so Profectly can recommend certain tasks of different difficulty during a free day. Furthermore, we believe we can improve our testing database by publishing our public surveys to different social media apps such as Twitter or Instagram to connect with a more diverse user base.
