Students should bring their instrument, music, music stand, and a pencil. Percussionists should bring their own sticks and yarn mallets. All students (except percussionists) need to bring a music stand. Students should arrive in the morning already dressed in their concert clothes.

We encourage you to stay on campus while your students rehearse. We will need your assistance and expertise with leading sectionals. This has been a great success in previous years with all of your generous help.
Please sign-up to lead sectionals at: https://tinyurl.com/ymhbdirectors25 as soon as possible!
This is one less thing we will worry about if you could please sign up sooner than later!
We will also need help collecting/sorting music directly after the directors' sight-reading bands, as well with supervision of students during the concerts. Please contact Wendy, Toni, or Tricia if you can help out with any of these tasks, or find them first thing in the morning at the high school. Thank you!

All students will receive an honor band medal as part of their registration. These will be distributed the day of the event. Please help your students keep track of their medals, as we will not have many extras. Students are encouraged to wear their medal for the concert!
