What is Academic and Career Planning (ACP)?
ACP is a structured process that helps students, even at the elementary level, to identify their strengths, interests, and values while making connections between their educational experiences and potential career paths. It's about nurturing a growth mindset, promoting self-awareness, and encouraging goal-setting from an early age. Academic and Career Planning for elementary school students lays the foundation for a successful educational journey and future career. By fostering self-awareness, goal-setting, and curiosity, we empower our children to take charge of their learning and create a path that aligns with their aspirations.
