Comcare provides financial and social assistance for low-income families and individuals. Families/Individuals with financial difficulties may also visit the nearest Social Service Office (SSO) which administers ComCare financial assistance and linkups with other forms of assistance, such as family services.
FSCs are based in the community to provide help and support to individuals and families with personal, social and emotional challenges in their lives. They are staffed by social service professionals and also provide counselling and parenting support for families.

DSSAs provide specialised services and programmes for divorcing and divorced families. Sometimes, children are caught in between the divorce of their parents. These support services are child-centric and include counselling, case management and family dispute management. They are staffed by trained counsellors and social workers. The programmes they offer aim to ease the impact divorce has on children and encourage cooperative co-parenting.

One-stop service for youth cyber wellness issues. Family members and youths can reach Help123 via webchat, email or their hotline to get help with cyber wellness issues. The website has updated cyber wellness resources and their friendly counsellors can connect you with appropriate support services.
WE CARE is a community-based addiction recovery centre that treats all forms of addictions including drugs, alcohol, and compulsive behaviours like problem gambling, compulsive sex behaviours & porn use, overeating, problematic internet use & excessive gaming and shoplifting. They take a holistic approach to help people live an addiction-free life using evidence-based counselling and therapy group work. WE CARE also offers a community-based drop-in centre allowing a safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment for individuals to stabilise and work on their recovery.
NAMS provide treatment and support for addictions to drugs, alcohol, gambling, gaming and others. It is managed by a multidisciplinary team of specialists including psychiatrist, psychologist, family therapist and medical social worker. Clients will receive intensive individual counselling, group psychoeducation, family therapy as well as support group programmes to help them break the habit. They also run a clinic for teenagers - ReLive specially for teens struggling with all sorts of addiction, parental consent is needed. If the family or individual has financial constraints with treatment, the medical social worker will be able to help as well.
Parenting Support Providers (PSPs) are appointed by MSF to deliver a one-stop parenting support services. They deliver evidence-based parenting programmes (Triple P etc) and provide follow-on counselling support to parents who need it. Parents who have completed the programmes report improvements in (i) Greater parenting competence, (ii) Lower parenting stress, (iii) Improved emotional states and (iv) Reduced behavioural problems in children.
