A. Cancellation Policies for Sneakers
Pre-Dispatch Cancellations:
We accept cancellation requests for sneakers if the customer contacts us before dispatch. The refund will be issued as store credit only; bank refunds are not possible at this stage.
If the customer insists on a bank refund, they need to contact an available supervisor.
Post-Dispatch Cancellations:
If the sneakers have already been dispatched, we can process the cancellation, but 10% of the product value will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded as store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

B. Cancellation Policies for Hype, Watches, Collectibles, and Apparel
We do not entertain any cancellation requests for hype products, watches, collectibles, or apparel under any conditions.
Incase customer insists please connect with the available supervisor or share details on respective groups.

Policy:

2. Understanding of Return Policies
Return Policies for Sneakers, Hype, Watches, and Apparel
Damaged Product:
Returns are accepted only for damaged products received by the customer.
Customer need to inform damage or defective product issues within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Incorrect & Wrong Size:
Exchange will be entertained if an incorrect or wrong size is delivered within 7 days from the date of receiving, as per the order.
Incase customer ordered wrong size on any Sneakers so a necessary charges will be deducted as per the policy depending upon the product condition and if the desired size is not available will issue store credit.
Incase customer order wrong size on any product size exchange will be given if the desired size is not available will issue store credits.
Condition:
Returns are only accepted if items are in brand-new condition, with original tags and shrink-wrapped plastic not opened on both pairs.
Items must have no signs of wear, debris, scuffing, scratches, dents, or damage to the items or packaging.
Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 2: Verify Return Eligibility
Criteria:
Damaged product: Need to check customer raised issues within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Incorrect or wrong size:- Need to check customer raised issue within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Brand-new condition with original tags and shrink-wrapped plastic intact
Actions:
Ask the customer to provide photos of the product and packaging if the product is damaged or the incorrect or wrong size at care@crepdogcrew.com.
Step 3: Provide Return Instructions
Communicate:
Inform the customer about our return policy and conditions.
Provide instructions for packing the product securely, using our protective box or double-boxing if necessary.
Share the return address and any necessary labels(If required)
Step 4: Receive and Inspect Returned Product
Inspect:
Upon receiving the return, inspect the product to ensure it meets our return conditions (brand-new condition, original tags, no damage) with warehouse team( For Sneakers, Hype, Watches and Collectables) or Streetwear Team(For Appreals)
Verify that the product matches the photos provided by the customer.
Step 5: Process Return Decision
Actions:
Approve or deny the return request based on the inspection.
Communicate the decision to the customer via email.
Step 6: Refund Process
If Approved:
Issue the refund as store credit or Bank Refund( As per request).
Notify the customer of the store credit amount and how to use it.
If Denied:
Notify the customer and offer to send the product back at their expense.
Step 7: Record Keeping
Document:
Keep records of the return request, communications, inspection notes, and final decision in the return prime dashboard.
Damaged Product Returns:
Verify the damage through customer-provided photos.
Approve the return if the product is confirmed damaged.
Follow the standard return process.
Incorrect Size & Wrong Size Returns:
Confirm the incorrect size & wrong size through order details and customer-provided photos.
Approve the return if the incorrect size & Wrong size is confirmed by consulting with the concerned team.
Follow the standard return process.
Condition Check:
Ensure the product is in brand-new condition with original tags and shrink-wrapped plastic intact.
Deny the return if there are signs of wear, damage, or if the packaging is opened.
Scenarios:
If the shrink wrap of one shoe is open and the CDC tag is available, charge 10% of the product value + 500 Rs shipping + size exchange price difference (if any).
If the shrink wrap of both shoes is open and the CDC tag is available, charge 15% of the product value + 500 Rs shipping + size exchange price difference (if any).
If the shrink wrap of one or both shoes is opened and the CDC tag is not available, deny the return or exchange request.
If the shrink wrap of both shoes and the CDC tags are available, charge 750 Rs shipping + size exchange price difference (if any).
Note:- All sales are final and sale purchases are not eligible for returns, cancelation and exchange.
