The language you choose to express yourself reveals more about you than you might realize. In fact, your vocabulary and the careful selection of words often communicate more about your character than the actual message you intend to convey. People notice and judge you by the words you use, especially when handling overdue payments. Using the “right” words isn’t just helpful—it’s essential.
