Track and Field

Registration Requirements are as follows:

1.)  Log onto Athletics Registration system to check if eligibility paperwork is valid. 

2.) Upload new physical forms. (Physical Exams are valid for 13 months) 

3.) Take Baseline ImPact Test - After registration is complete, a member of the athletic training staff will email a student CPS account with instructions to access this test. Baseline tests are valid for 2 years. Concussion Education and Implicit Bias Courses 

4.) Concussion and Implicit Bias courses are free and must be completed one time per school year. Please visit www.nfhslearn.com to watch the Concussion and Implicit Bias videos. If you are a returning athlete, please log into your account profile. If you are a new athlete, please create a new profile to access these courses. Download certificates of completion for both courses. Completed certificates must then be uploaded to the Student Athlete Registration.
