- Testing and Education Reference Center (T.E.R.C.) is an invaluable source for higher education that is available to any Cambridge resident who holds a Cambridge Public Library card. It contains information on colleges, graduate schools, and specialty programs. T.E.R.C. also offers scholarship searches, practice tests, and downloadable e-books to prepare for the entrance exams.
