CREATIVE DESIGN STUDENTS WIN CAMBRIDGE UNICORN BLUE BIKE WRAP CONTEST

Students in the Creative Design class competed in The City of Cambridge Blue Bike Design Contest. The contest was open to all CRLS high school students. This competition required students to design the look of a special Bluebike – called a “Unicorn” given its rare and unique nature – to become part of our regional public bike share system, Bluebikes. Unicorn bikes are specially designed to represent something special in our Bluebikes system. The purpose of this contest was to create a unique design that celebrates the Cambridge community and highlights what makes our city special. The winning design, hand-drawn by Alba Cruz-Pimentel, will be wrapped onto one of the City’s Bluebikes this season. All the Unicorn BLUE BIKE winners were students in the Creative Design Program!
