1) Employee changing positions or locations. Role, title, location permissions update based on HR record, once changed in HR/B+ the update will process in Focus.

3) The following are supplied by Ed Center Departments, contact the appropriate department:

4) Non-CPS users - You need to resubmit the Non-CPS B+ form below with the correct title and locations, unless special circumstances require additional permissions. Then complete the account form to request those.
5) Billing requests - Complete the Focus Billing form below.

Complete this form to layer additional permissions to an existing employee.
e.g. Paraprofessionals need to perform a specific job function in Focus.
Focus Billing Request Form

Note: This form goes directly to the Treasurer's department. They handle all Focus billing requests and will assign the ability to view fees if approved.

DO NOT complete the form until ALL location(s) of the ncps person are known
For Focus after saying Yes, choose ALL the location(s) the ncps person will be working at.
Select the correct title. The title should be listed in the drop-down for the majority of users, examples below:
School Improvement/Data/Instructional Coach would encompass ALL the various coaches
School Therapist would encompass all school based and mental health therapists
If not listed, choose OTHER and specify the title.
