Gmail

Google will suspend your account if it detects abusive activity, such as phishing/spamming. If this occurs, you will have to wait 24 hours for Google to lift the suspension.

Receiving limit size = 50mb

Sending limit size = 25mb (If the file size is over 25mb, it will attach through Google Drive.)

Groups

Google Groups let you easily communicate and collaborate with all group members: send email, create calendar events, and share your content within Google Drive, Calendars and more.

Contacts

Contact Labels vs Google Groups

A contact list using labels is for your personal use.

If you have a list with 100s of contacts create a Google Group to avoid reaching sending limits. A Google Group has an email address associated with it and counts as 1 email, using Contact Labels counts as separate emails.
