Accounts are only issued for Bluejeans Event Moderators.
Please use Google Meet.
Bluejeans Meetings max=100 endpoints (Google Meet is 500).

How To's Bluejeans Meetings
Google Meet is now our standard video conferencing solution. New accounts for Bluejeans Meetings will not be granted, please use Google Meet.
Access Bluejeans from your Internet browser or https://www.bluejeans.com/downloads (not required).
Android and Iphone apps are also available.
**Bluejeans account NOT needed to attend!**
Bluejeans Events
Bluejeans Events are used to livestream your event to the public.
CPS Bluejeans Events - Important Restrictions!
Cannot overlap, we have 1 license.
Cannot exceed 5000 total connections -your department/school will be invoiced $250 for every 50 connections thereafter.
Cannot exceed 8 hours - your department/school will be invoiced $1000 for each additional hour.
The current events schedule is displayed on the right.
You must be signed into your CPS Google Account to view.
If you need to put a HOLD on a date before submitting the form email the title, date, start/end time to kramerc@cpsboe.k12.oh.us.
**If the calendar lists HOLD on an event, you still need to submit the form to schedule**
To request a Bluejeans Event, the following is required from the organizer:
You MUST have 2 trained Moderators from your team to run your event. Contact Christa Kramer, kramerc@cpsboe.k12.oh.us at least 2 weeks before your event for training.
All Moderators must have Bluejeans accounts before submitting.
Submit at least a week before the event.
If you want your event streamed via CPS Facebook account (Facebook Live), you must submit a Project Request Form to OCE at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
Send the Event Install and Basic Use & Presentation instructions below to all of your Presenters and Moderators.
The Presenters and Moderators submitted on the form will receive a calendar invite from Bluejeans.com.
The Attendee & Presenter join info will be emailed to the organizer. If you have late Presenter additions not included on the submitted form, the organizer is responsible for sharing the Presenter code with that individual.
