Friends of Goethe School (FOGS)
is a group of parents, teachers, and neighbors working together to make Goethe Elementary a better school for everyone in the community. We support Goethe with a strong team of board members and volunteers. All parents, teachers, and community members are welcome and encouraged to support and participate FOGS activities. There is no financial requirement for participation. We are a 501(c)(3) organization.

Who is FOGS?
Friends of Goethe School (FOGS) is a group of parents, teachers, and neighbors working together to make Goethe Elementary a better school for everyone in the community. We best support Goethe with a strong team of board members and volunteers. All parents, teachers, and community members are welcome and encouraged to support and participate FOGS activities. Board members are elected annually during the summer, but anyone can participate in our monthly meetings or volunteer. There is no financial requirement for participation.
What does FOGS do?
Our focus changes from year to year, based on the needs of the school community. Over the years, FOGS has provided fundraising for classroom support, won major grants and state support for a playground and garden overhaul, launched a STEAM lab, funded after school and OST programs, and more.
Who can join FOGS?
Anyone can join! There is no financial requirement for participation and FOGS could not exist without the generous support from volunteers like you! We would love to have you join us, whether as an event volunteer, a board member, or a community sponsor. Get in touch here.
