Taking care of our mental health is as important as taking care of our physical health. When we are not at our best, physically or mentally, it can be hard for us to do things we need to do or enjoy doing: going to school, going to work, or having good friendships/relationships. We may struggle with feelings of sadness, being tired, being angry or not caring about things that used to be important or interesting.
