Volunteer Information

VOLUNTEERING 

Apply to become a CPS volunteer and list our school (Catalpa ECC). 

• • Once you have applied online, please stop by the school to present your ID to the volunteer coordinator as soon as possible.

  • To finalize your application for the school year, you are required to complete an annual volunteer training video. This training ensures you have the information needed to help us foster a safe and positive environment for our students and staff.

  • Please note: Once you complete all sections of your training, CPS will approve your application. Please allow up to 3 business days to receive your approval notification.  

We'd love to have family and community members read to students, help in the lunchroom/ classrooms, and more!
