This is my 18th year teaching and my 7th year at Pulaski. I grew up in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, with parents who were both teachers, an older sister and younger brother. I graduated from Eastern Illinois University where I majored in Elementary Education and also played on the basketball team.
From a young age, I knew teaching was my passion. I love helping anyone see their potential and watch them soar. Being a life-long learner, I love learning and experiencing new things. I have a Masters in Administrative Leadership, ESL endorsement and countless hours of learning classes that have helped shape and enhanced my teaching practice.
My passions outside of the classroom are mostly importantly spending time with my family! I love spending time at my family's lake house swimming, relaxing on the boat, zip around on jet skis, and end the night with smores and a campfire!
My wish for us all is that we may “Believe in our own magic because we already have what it takes! Remember to dream big, be bold, have faith, inhale positivity and exhale self-doubt.”
