Advanced Fitness classes take a deeper look into progressive lifting techniques and training strategies. Classes meet everyday during the semester and students are expected to workout at a high level.

GRADING AND MAKE UP PROCEDURES
Grading- each day is worth 10 points. When virtual, you must be visible on the meet participating to earn your credit. We reserve the right to take off points for lack of effort, not following class rules or inappropriate behavior.
Absences- complete the following assignment for each missed class: Students will submit a 1 page typed (12 font) informative essay on a topic of their choice as it relates to our class. Topics could but are not limited to Fitness, health, nutrition. Submit the paper through your google classroom or email it directly to your teacher.
Medical - Students on medical will complete a teacher assigned handout during their in person class time and will complete teacher assigned work for their virtual time.
