By offering a wide variety of individual, team, and fitness activities we present a solid foundation for lifelong fitness.
Our Physical Education curriculum goes beyond the walls of the gymnasium as we value the importance of positive learning and social engagement. Our mission is for student's to not only value lifelong fitness, but also to value respect, relationships, and sportsmanship. We stress this on a daily basis in the belief it will be a catalyst in the development of the each student's overall educational growth.
