Hello. hope this finds everyone staying healthy and positive. I am really missing our time everyday in the fitness center together. I really enjoy that as I am sure you all miss it as well. We take a lot for granted until we don't have it. But staying positive, hopefully we are back in the near future.
As far as our class and what is expected of you, Phase one is coming to an end on April 15th. Due on or before that date is Phase 1-workout development plan(attached). Starting after April 15th is Phase 2, your assignment for that is also attached. I also attached a sample workout you can use to get some ideas for your phase 2 assignment. Obviously, you all are into working out because you know it keeps you healthy both physically and mentally so the sample workout is one you can do at home as well. if you journal daily you actively doing the workout or any other you are doing, I will give you extra credit. Phase 1 assignment is currently posted on the Physical Education Website. Phase 2 will be posted next week if for some reason you cant open the attachments. In the near future I will be sending out more information in regards to office hours for our class, in the mean time, stay fit, enjoy your family, and stay positive:) Take advantage of this time to do things you normally can't, Make it a positive not a negative.
