INTRODUCTION

This e- portfolio is based on Basic Gymnastics exercises. It allows for teachers to be engaged in different basic floor exercises preformed in gymnastics and learn to control their physical movements in different ways. It also helps them to gain strength, flexibility and balance that can be beneficial in other ways as well. Basic gymnastics allows body awareness, control, and overall physical development.

 

REFLECTION OF THE ASSIGNMENT 

Participating in this particular gymnastics class was very changeling due to my pregnancy but also a great experience. This class forced me to test my limits and physical skills. Every move required precise control and concentration allowing me to also become discipline and to stay focus. Over all this class was a positive and learning experience and my colleagues can also agree with me. I will love to challenge myself to improve my physical fitness skills through basic gymnastics exercises in the future.
