Mr. Muhammad Abo Elhega

Muhammad Abo Elhega Also known as "Shoko", Muhammed lives in Tamra and is married with two daughters. Muhammad is the Director of the Department of Informal Education, Youth and Youth in the Tamra Municipality, and serves as Acting Chairman of the Association of Managers of Youth Departments in Israel. A member, instructor, graduate and coordinator of the Tamra branch of Hanoar HaOved ve HaLomed youth movement, and later coordinator of camps and civil service in the movement. In 2019, Muhammad founded the Atidna Youth Movement, an Arab youth movement that believes in the involvement and integration of Arab society based on equality, mutual respect and integration in the State of Israel as a Jewish and democratic state. For the past 12 years, Muhammad coordinated delegations of teenagers and young people to Germany, Poland, the USA, and especially Berlin, where between 2010-2012 he established the Haifa Youth Center for minorities and children of immigrants - Turks and Palestinians.

Mr. Robbie Gringras

Robbie Gringras is a British-born Israeli Jew living in the Galilee, working in education, performance, and writing. Robbie has been working in professional storytheater for over 30 years. Since making aliya, he has taught at Israel’s main theater schools, directed several plays, and his solo shows have performed throughout the world in English, Hebrew, and Spanish. Robbie also coined the phrase “Hugging and Wrestling with Israel”, created and drives the 4HQ System of Israel Education, and consults and teaches for many international Israel Education projects.
