Biography: Officer Cline lives in Covington with his wife Lauren and son Joshua. He began working for the Covington Police Department in 2014 and is an EMT and firefighter for Covington Fire and Rescue. He has a Bachelor's Degree from Ball State University in Criminal Justice and Criminology and attended the Edison Peace Officer Academy. He is a 2006 Graduate of Arcanum High School.
