My name is Mrs. Vallejo (Mrs. V) and I am your Cove School Art Therapist! I am so excited to start the 2020-21 SY with you all.

I work alongside our Cove School Mental Health team, teachers & administrators to ensure our students have the opportunity to explore their unique creative expression during the school day. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Illinois and earned my masters degree in counseling & art therapy from Adler University. I am currently in the processing of accruing 1,000 post-education direct experience hours to earn my registered art therapist credential (ATR) from the Art Therapy Credentials Board, Inc.
