Applied Learning Tasks
Applied Learning Tasks or ALTs
Are tasks that students will be asked to complete in classes that are aligned to the Vision of the Graduate, and are linked to content standards. These tasks allow students to demonstrate what they know and can do with what they have learned. The number of ALTs that students need to complete is based upon their year of graduation. Student self-initiated tasks must align to the Vision of the Graduate, be applied-learning tasks and include a reflection, but will not be required to demonstrate alignment to content standards.
Student self-Initiated Tasks can be used to meet badge requirements and/or provide enhancement of your portfolio
