About Trail Life Troop VA-5667

We are a new troop that was Chartered by Covenant Christian Academy (CCA) in Warrenton, VA. Currently we average approximately 130 Trailmen in the program! 

We currently offer the following Trail Life programs:

• Woodlands (Grades K - 5)

• Navigators (Grades 6-8) 

• Adventurers (Grades 9-12)

All of our programs conveniently meet on Thursday nights throughout the school year.

Our program breaks for the summer schedule and follows CCA's school schedule.

Troop Vision

Fun and Manly - Troop activities will be exciting, adventurous, challenging, and many times dirty.  Our Trailmen will look forward to each meeting and activity.

Mentorship - The youth will be involved in mentoring and leading younger trailmen under the guidance of adult leadership.

Ministry - Troop VA-5667 is a ministry of CCA that will bring the Word of Christ to the local community through service. Our Trailmen will understand the meaning of hard work and the rewards that come from it.

Courage - Our Trailmen will honor God and not man. They will learn to overcome fears such as heights, public speaking, or doing what is right even when it is unpopular. We will build their confidence and character by teaching them when to be humble and when to be as bold as a lion.

Growth - We will grow this ministry to meet the needs of CCA and the community and will seek opportunities to assist with establishing new troops in neighboring communities. 

Our Troop VA-5667 number was not randomly chosen. 5667 was chosen to remember the 5th book of the bible, 6th chapter, reference 6-7.
