Education and Career Fair 2024

The Covenant University International Office and Linkages held her 2024 Covenant University International Education and Career Fair on 16th May 2024 at the African Leadership Development Centre, Covenant University. The Covenant University International Education and Career Fair equip Covenant University students with the knowledge, resources, and networks they need to thrive in their future endeavours. In attendance were representatives of institutions and organisations from Nexford University, Northeastern University, St. George's University, University of Bradford, University of Kent, University of Galway, University of Leicester, University of Ottawa, University of York, Graduate Guidance Group, TG Marchnata (TGM Education), Access Bank Plc, FrieslandCampina WAMCO, Aston University, Birmingham City University, Loughborough University, Maple Education Canada Inc., Nottingham Trent University, Thompson Rivers University, University of Glasgow, University of Greenwich, The University of Sheffield, University of Technology Sydney, and University of West London.

A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Akin Akinpelu for being our guest speaker. His session, titled “Rise, Irrespective” focusing on the three critical forces for career development – the Power of Skill, the Power of Relationship, and the Power of Exposure, was inspiring and enlightening. Dr. Akinpelu's advice to our students to learn more, grow more, and be producers rather than consumers, challenged and motivated us all.
