By sharing the images, videos, and text in our Health Communications Library, we are sharing the product of hundreds of hours of design work over the past few years. We are happy to share these materials to help spread important, data-driven health messaging through our community, but we also want to respect the work that our design staff have put into them.Â
Because of the investment we've made in these materials, we ask that all partners with access to the Campaign Library:
do not make any edits or revisions to any CACTC images, videos, or text that you access through this portal--we will work with you to customize any materials to meet your needs, but we should make those changes to campaign materials you download from here.
do not share our materials for other agencies to use--have them contact us and we'll work with them to meet their needs.
be willing to share social media analytic data from posts that use CACTC materials with us so that we can start to track reach and engagement of full, coordinated campaigns, not just our own efforts.
If you or anyone at your agency is unable to meet these requirements, CACTC may remove your agency's access to the Health Campaign Portal and Library. If we learn that your agency has not met these requirements, we will reach out to our contact person there and discuss the incident to try to find a way to meet your needs. If we cannot come to an agreement, we will remove your agency's access to the Portal and Library.
Beyond agreeing to these terms, you or your agency do not need any formal contract or MOU to use or request minor customizations of existing campaign materials (e.g. adding your logo).
