• Collect Working Papers for Youth Under 16 working on the farm (their school provides these)

  • Farm work Permit AT-24 (yellow) for 14–15-year-old workers

  • Farm work Permit AT-25 (white) for 12–13-year-old workers

• Direct Deposit Form (for paycheck)

• Payroll Deductions form (for any allowable payroll deductions that the employee would like made)

• Housing Forms (lease, property condition)
