NOTE: The name of the printer has now changed. It still begins with "cam". Once the list loads in step 6, click the "name" category to sort by name. Then click in the window and type "cam" to find the printer.

1. From the start menu: Devices and printers
2. Add printer
3. Add a network printer
4. The printer that I want isn't listed
5. Find a printer... -> Next
6. In: Entire Directory; Name: cam -> Find Now
7. The printer in 657 should appear in the search results, explicitly it is:

\\SF-EN-UTL-001.serverfarm.cornell.edu\cam-rhodes-657-d5130cdn

Linux users:

1. Contact IT
2. Update what to do here

Windows. If you get an error about drivers needing to be installed, and installing them drivers does nothing, then remove and add the printer. This usually updates the drivers automatically.

1. Click start
2. Devices and Printers
3. Right Click the printer in question.
4. Select Remove device from the drop down.
5. Then follow the instructions to re-add the printer [above].
