You made it! Welcome to my personal portfolio. I am excited to share with you my journey to the nutrition field and where I potentially could be headed.

My name is Taylor Erholtz, and I am currently a senior at Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. I plan on graduating May of 2021 with a major in Food, Nutrition, and Dietetics and a minor in Exercise Science.

My passion for dietetics began after taking my first nutrition course with Betty Larson. She had such a passion for nutrition and demonstrated how food and nutrition have such an important impact on people's lives. On a personal note, it was my grandmother's diagnosis with Stage IV renal disease that solidified that passion in me. On top of that, I have been a collegiate softball player, and I have learned about the importance of fueling my body. I am so excited to see where my Nutrition degree takes me as a future dietitian.

I appreciate the time you have taken to learn more about me. Dive in and see what experiences I have had within the nutrition field, the courses I have taken throughout my years at Concordia, and the opportunities I have pursued, not only at Concordia, but within the community.
