- All presentations must contain the ASEE logo and '2019 Fall MidAtlantic States Conference, The Cooper Union, New York City, Nov 2, 2019,' on the title page.
- Speakers should arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the session and introduce themselves to the Session Chair.
- Presentations are limited to 15 minutes with 5 additional minutes for discussion (Q&A) and transition to the next speaker.
- Timing will be strictly enforced by the Session Chair to allow attendees to move from one session to another and to be able to rely on the exact time of each presentation as listed in the program. Speakers will be asked to stop when their allotted time is up.
- Each presentation room is equipped with a desktop, projector, screen, clicker, and pointer. Free wifi will be provided in the conference rooms; access procedures and credentials will be shared upon check-in.
- Although an HDMI cable and a wifi connection will be provided, it is also advisable for speakers to bring their presentation files on a portable USB drive in Powerpoint or pdf format. If your presentation has video, have the video files on the drive in a common format in the event they do not play within the presentation.
- You may ask the IT volunteer in the room to help with any issues at the podium; do not do so by yourself.
Thank you very much for your help and support.
