STUDENT LOCKERS

Limited student lockers are available on the 1st and 2nd floors. Lockers are available on a first come first serve basis with a £5 cash deposit. Lost Locker keys are £5 to replace. 

Terms and Conditions

1. There will be a charge of £5 in cash for the use of a locker for one year. This will be refunded at the end of the year provided all the terms of the agreement have been met.

2. The locker is only for items required for college use. It can be used to store outdoor jackets, books, folders and PE kit only. They should not be used to store large school bags which may damage the locker. Food or any perishable items must not be left in lockers overnight.

3. The lockers should only be accessed:

  Before Lessons start

  Break

  Lunchtime

  Free periods

  After the college day

 

Please ensure that you have the correct materials for all classes at all times. You should not make yourself late for classes by retrieving books from your locker at other times.

 4. The outside and the inside of the lockers must not be defaced or marked in any way. This includes pictures, stickers, writing etc. Any damage to a locker will have to be repaired and paid for by the student responsible.

5. A lost key must be reported immediately to the Student Support Office. A replacement key will be provided on one occasion only at a further cost to the student of £5. Please check thoroughly for your key before requesting a duplicate. If a key is reported lost for a second time the locker will be withdrawn.

 6. The privilege of having a locker will also be withdrawn if students fail to use the locker appropriately.

7. Students will lose their right to a locker and returnable deposit if they do not return their locker key at the end of the college year.

 8. Lockers will be inspected on a regular basis throughout the year.

 

Please make sure you have read the terms and conditions and that you fill in the Google Form. Money (£5) and the completed Google Form should be brought to the HIVE. Lockers will be on a first come first served basis and randomly allocated.
