Michael Boyle is leadership consultant, psychotherapist, executive coach and student of mythology. He holds a London University BA and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from Southampton University. His broad experience of the business world includes founding and acting as Managing Director of several successful commercial enterprises.

Before studying at the Institute of Group Analysis and completing an MA in psychotherapy at Regents College, London, he was group facilitator to the executive of British Airways and a member of their design team for Management Development. He is a member of the European Society for Communicative Psychotherapy.

He has also initiated Fathers and Sons retreats and Rites of Passage and mentoring projects for disaffected youth and is a founding director of abandofbrothers- a charity working with young men in prisons and seeking to build community by recruiting adult men as allies for disaffected youth.

He is a certified leader trainer for The Mankind Project, a global men’s organisation promoting the value of emotional intelligence, mentoring and community, for whom he leads the New Warrior Training Adventure internationally.

As an Associate Director of Olivier Mythodrama, he has formed and facilitated a wide range of groups in theatre, prison, boardroom and NHS settings. He has co-created Mythodrama workshops at the Globe Theatre for the casts involved in productions of Henry V and The Merchant of Venice.
